We will be getting back to our roots with our vine to wine series of well-crafted dinners, showcasing each stage of the growing cycle of the grapes form the first signs of vine life at the beginning of the growth cycle to the final – the harvest.

Event Details

March 25th we begin our series with the “Weeping of the Vines ” Experience.
You will be welcomed with a glass of our sparkling as we host you in the original tasting room to talk about how Breaux came to be, the first vines, the first vintage and the first of many amazing moments we have made.

We will then walk through the vines where you will see the weeping taking place, the “tears” of joy the vines express as they are happily awakening from the long, winters nap they took. Now emerging form dormancy, this is our first sign that we have begun growing what will be our 2022 vintage. The weeping of the vine signifies a new dawn in the life cycle of the vine, and of all nature and life. This is a time of celebration, a time of hope, and a time of excitement and anticipation.
After our exploring of the Vines we welcome you into our Heritage room for a special Dinner and pairing.

Our first dinner will be two luxurious courses that will represent the finest of first spring season harvests and blooms, each course paired by our winemaking team and educators to provide you the ultimate culinary experience.

As we end the evening we will be offering petite dessert fare
