About the Chef
Ririka Evans is a personal chef from Yokohama, Japan, with over 14 years of culinary experience in Japan and the United States. She trained in traditional sushi techniques under Master Sushi Chef Asai at Tsukiji in Tokyo, Japan.
Her sushi making classes are a popular, hands on experience where guests can have fun and learn new skills in a relaxed setting.
