In this current politically divided time in our nation and in our state, we believe that women are the heart and soul of how we will come together and work together across policy differences, partisanship, and racial divides.Many of us as women leaders are used to going it alone in our companies, government sector and industry jobs, as well as in our own small businesses. Now that so many women are working from home, homeschooling their kids, hosting several video and audio conference calls all day, and trying to adjust to this new not normal, we need a strategy to get it all done, and keep it all together. And most importantly, work together.
