🍇 Your Release Wines

2023 Jolie Blonde Reserve

Soft and plush, our 2023 Jolie Blonde Reserve captures the late-summer warmth of the vintage. Notes of ripe pineapple, lemon curd, and candied citrus peel unfold on the palate, while brief barrel aging adds a touch of toasted marshmallow.
Pair with: ceviche or lemon-herb baked cod.

2022 Cabernet Sauvignon

A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, and 10% Merlot, aged 18 months in French oak. This elegant ruby-red wine offers aromas of dark cherry, candied dark fruit, and toasty oak, finishing long and refined.
Pair with: grilled ribeye or dark chocolate espresso mousse.

2022 Petit Verdot

Medium-bodied with balanced tannins and soft acidity, this wine showcases black cherry and licorice with hints of blackberry. After 18 months in French and American oak, the finish is velvety and beautifully enhanced.
Pair with: wine-braised short ribs and creamy polenta.
