Harvest and Cellar Intern

REQUIREMENTS:
Winery Sanitation – cleaning equipment, wine tanks, and hoses, etc

Fruit: receiving. sampling, sorting and processing

Crush equipment: Operation and cleaning

Must assist with punch downs and pump overs

Racking and Wine Transfer

Barrel filling, topping, stirring, and racking with supervision

Draining tanks and cleaning tanks and barrels

Operating and cleaning filtration system (experience with crossflow filter a plus!)

Forklift certification and practical experience is a plus!
