Vineyard management includes both mechanized operations to keep costs down, but we know that only hand operations will accomplish certain quality oriented aspects, such as shoot positioning and leaf pulling, techniques.
All fruit is harvested by our own staff that we employ through out the growing season. Your choice of lugs or bins. Refrigeration options are available.
Dave Collins, in addition to being the Breaux Vineyards winemaker, oversees all of the fruit operations at Breaux Vineyards. His education and training, including a BS of Horticulture from Virginia Tech, plus his 25 years of growing experience and winemaking make him one of the most respected industry members in Virginia.
