TERMS OF AGREEMENT

$20.00 one time application fee
The applicant agrees to take delivery of the first four bi-monthly shipments. Shipments will cost $48.00 each plus shipping and handling. Breaux Vineyards reserves the right to adjust pricing with advance notice to members.
The applicant agrees to take the previous shipment of wines if sign-up is not within three weeks of next scheduled shipment.
After the initial four shipments, the member may cancel their membership in writing at least 30 days in advance of the next shipment.
Cellar Club and other regular discounts do not apply to items already discounted by special offers or promotions. Some wines may not be discountable.
Membership eligibility may depend on Federal and your state direct shipping laws. If we find that we can not legally ship to you, your credit card will not be charged.
